- Dynamo recognizes and acknowledges that it may have access to customer's trade secrets and confidential or proprietary information, manufacturing operations, employees, personnel and business relationships, know-how (including, without limitation, all typical drawings, plans and information relating to manufacturing, installation and operation.)
- Dynamo agrees that it will not, nor will it permit any Dynamo employee to, disclose, in whole or in part, such information to any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation or business organization, entity or enterprise for any reason or purpose whatsoever, nor will it make use of any such information for its own purposes or for the benefit of any other person, firm, partnership, association, corporation or business organization, entity or enterprise, any information.
